Collection at Specsavers

I've wanted to share the news of my collaboration with Specsavers for AGES now but I had to keep my lips sealed...until now that is! This week my 'Darren Kennedy Recommends' collection hits Specsavers stores Nationwide and I can't wait for you to see them. As you'll all know, I LOVE my specs. What started off as something I needed in school just to see the blackboard, has become a part of who I am and I love wearing my glasses. So to team up with Specsavers, the largest glasses brand in the world, feels pretty unreal!

I've carefully curated four seasonal edits of my top glasses for men and women across spring, summer, autumn and winter. As part of the design process, I got to visit Specsavers HQ in Guernsey where I met all the team and got to trawl through thousands of frames to select my top 12 frames for each season. The end result is a range of high-end designer and Specsavers own brand frames, for both men and women, so you can rest assured that there is something for everyone.

If you've ever worn glasses, you'll only be too aware that a pair of frames can transform not only your look but also your face. The right pair of specs can really bring your personality to life and that’s what I am hoping to do with my edit of recommended frames this summer. I want people to not only look good but more importantly feel great in their specs.

Available exclusively at all 50 Specsavers Ireland stores nationwide from 1 May, the Darren Kennedy Recommends summer collection consists of six male and six female frames, retailing from €89 to €189.
